Hmmm… This is an interesting take, one I’ve not heard before. So there is hope for those who express , “After this life I’m never coming back!” Otherwise it just becomes a circular cycle of what is often referred to as the “Cosmic Joke”, eh?

Hi Gail, I am not sure what you main by 'Cosmic Joke'. According to my views, souls reincarnate endlessly, unless the cycle is broken, but that is not an easy thing to achieve. Below is an excerpt of the philosophy, of how I see things, as I have summarized it in chapter 1 of my book (A new vision of man). Of course, no body has to believe this view, everyone is entitled to their own opinion about reincarnation, the meaning of life, etc.

"Philosophy:

In a nutshell, the philosophy of the SL technique is as follows. Man and animal are souls in a body. The incarnated soul is located near the body. The body is an inanimate object, the soul is the driving force that gives life to the body and that determines personality and the course of life. The soul didn’t come into existence, but simply exists, it is immortal and was not created by a God. Originally, the soul was free, and surrounded only by energies, which made the soul a perfect being. The soul was omnipotent, was perfectly loving and acted on the basis of free will, which is on the basis of energies.

For some reason, the soul has become entangled in a particularly evil programme, which we know as ‘the subconscious mind’. By this I mean the negative part of the subconscious (the subconscious consists of a negative and a positive part). This negative part, the programme, consists of a subtle matter and contains millions of separate, small programmes. The positive part, the energies, were suppressed in this process. This programme is a prison that reduces the soul to a millionth of its actual being, to a millionth of its immense ability and love. This programme makes the existence of the soul a struggle and causes the soul to think, feel and act on the basis of commands from the subconscious and no longer on the basis of free will. Also the events in life and the course of life are not directed by free will, i.e. by energies in the subconscious that steer things in a positive direction, but by the subconscious programmes that steer things in a negative direction.

Among other things, the soul got trapped in a programme of endless reincarnation, of forgetting everything about the past life and of having to live a next life time and again, with more or less the same course of life, without the soul undergoing a positive evolution in this process (as so many people in ‘New Age’ circles believe). On the contrary, the soul is trapped in a downward spiral, because in every life more negative subtle matter is built up around the soul. The soul is trapped in a body (human or animal), an object that has to walk around on a planet, and which has to fight a battle for survival from birth to death. From birth, the body needs food and shelter, which is not just there up for grabs, but which requires a lifetime of labour. The soul became trapped in programmes of all kinds of bizarre beliefs, such as the ideas of religions, the ‘New Age’ (= a spiritual movement that originated in the 1960s with keywords such as cosmos, learning lessons, karma, guides, etc.), or bizarre cultural views. Religious beliefs come from the programme that is the subconscious. They are not the truth, and they serve to imprison the soul, and thus man, in a restrictive mental prison.

The goal of SLT is to completely free the soul from this prison, from the negative part of the subconscious. It is not the intention to free a person from a few problems, after which the breaking down of programmes by means of SLT stops. The goal of SLT is to break down the subtle matter in the subconscious as much as possible during a lifetime, and finally (over several lifetimes) be completely freed from all programmes and from the cycle of reincarnation, and to liberate all suppressed energies. The goal is to restore the soul to its original state."

The soul travels, the same soul, only the death makes it to forget that it lived.

Your book gives me a new insight about reincarnation. I have never been comfortable with the idea that we learn lessons by reincarnating. Life is not easy. Why should we have to learn lessons by experiencing negative things, we could learn many more lessons if we experience positive things. How can we learn lessons if we forget about our previous lives, if we forget about the mistakes we made in a previous life?

Your views make much more sense.

I like the sound video.
