I started perceiving programmes or 'patterns'
After 10 years of working on myself with techniques for peeling off patterns, I started to develop psychic abilities, and I could perceive the subconscious around a person.
First excerpt chapter 3: Origins of the SL technique
(This is an excerpt from my book that you can read at soulliberation.eu).
In my twenties, I came into contact with alternative therapies, mainly regression therapy (I was born in 1959). I was very interested in self-development and to evolve in terms of personality. I underwent regression therapy, I took training courses and I started a practice as an independent therapist. But I soon realized that the techniques I had learned - regression, rebirthing (a breathing technique that breaks blockages) and hypnotherapy – could not really change many things in people. For example, a man came to me for treatment because he was attracted to children, something he was definitely not happy about and which he fought against. That man hoped to be freed from this tendency. But with the techniques that I applied, you could dig into the person’s past and you could get some personality improvements, but you couldn’t get any further than that; the man continued to be attracted to children, against his own wishes.
But one day, after I had been working as a regression therapist for ten years, during a therapy session, I could suddenly observe a field around my client. In this field I sensed emotions, ideas and situations of this person and I saw images.
In the domain of techniques for personal development, the term ‘patterns’ is used, which indicates all kinds of characteristics of a person. For example, the character trait ‘picking on people and situations too quickly’ is called a pattern. ‘A lack of concentration’ is another pattern, ‘being easily discouraged’ is yet another pattern.
Patterns around a person
For example, if there was a client in front of me who was not successful in business, then I could sense the pattern ‘you can’t attract the right people’ present around this person, or ‘you do get off the ground initially, but then you are confronted with obstacles and eventually you are back to square one’, or ‘there is no success’, or yet another pattern ‘you can’t have money’. I sensed that those words, or phrases were literally present around that client in a specific location near the body. For example, I felt the sentence 'you can’t have money' literally hanging 20 cm to the right of the person, at the height of his heart.
If someone was lonely and alone, I could sense patterns such as: ‘you are alone’, ‘you can’t find love’, ‘there is no friend’, ‘there is no warmth in your life’, ‘others don’t like you’, or the terrible feeling of ‘loneliness’ itself.
In the case of claustrophobia, I sensed the pattern: ‘the space is oppressive, the walls will be come at you, you’ll be crushed, you have to get out of here’, and the intense fear and panic that accompanied it.
I understood that those patterns were steering the person. For example, a person is selfish because patterns force them to selfishness, and not because they choose selfishness out of their own free will. These are patterns such as: ‘take care of yourself’, ‘as long as you’re fine, the others are not important’.
Another word for ‘pattern’ is ‘programme’. For example, the programme ‘you’re nervous’ will cause someone to be nervous, the programme ‘you feel less than someone else’ will cause someone to have feelings of inferiority towards others. The word ‘programme’ is used in two senses. The whole of the ‘programme’ that surrounds the person (the negative part of the subconscious) consists of millions of separate, small ‘programmes’.
The patterns are present around the person in the form of a subtle matter.
An animal is also surrounded by patterns, an animal is also a soul in a body that is trapped in an endless cycle of reincarnation.

A few examples of patterns
In my book, chapter 20, there is a description of patterns of psychopathy (of a psychopath - conman) and of patterns of autism (of a 7-year old boy). I will mention a few patterns of both conditions in every newsletter, so that people can get an idea of what these patterns are like. Patterns are programmed in the form of ideas, concepts. That’s why we humans think in the form of concepts, because we are programmed to think like that, because the subconscious in programmed in such a way.
Patterns of a psychopath - conman
1) Patterns for swindling and manipulating.
First two patterns (of a long list).
. ‘You only feel good when you are swindling. When you swindle, you are a gentleman, because then you have the other in your power. When you are not swindling, you are nobody. When you are not swindling, you are nothing. When you are not swindling, you are subjected, you are the plaything of society.’ This is accompanied by a feeling of fear about that, hence the swindling.
. ‘You must con everyone, no one may escape it’. He considers it a matter of honour to con everyone. If he doesn’t succeed, he’s off balance. Even if one single person escapes, he’s off balance. Then he’ll con someone else as a revenge, as soon as possible and as often as possible and to the greatest extent possible, in order to compensate the loss. Everyone must be conned. He can’t live with failure, because everyone must be able to discover what a master-conman he is. If he can’t con someone, then they don’t know he’s a conman and then there are fewer people who know this and he can’t live with that.
Patterns of a 7 year old autistic boy
1) Patterns for poor social contact and for being withdrawn into his own world.
First patterns (of a long list).
. ‘You can’t break free from yourself.’
. ‘There is no one but yourself, you are only yourself.’
. ‘You don’t love others.’
. ‘You want to get away from the others.’
. ‘Cut yourself off, turn away (this pattern dictates what he must do when somebody speaks to him).’
. ‘Don’t listen (when somebody speaks to him).’
. ‘Don’t hear (when somebody speaks to him).’
. ‘You must not listen.’
. ‘You do not hear, you do not feel’ (this pattern prevents him from noticing other people or from noticing that they talk to him).
.
These patterns consist of a certain quantity of subtle matter that has been built up in times long past. With the SL technique, the subtle matter is removed layer by layer. In the picture below, there are examples of the following behavioural patterns that have to be peeled off: being convinced of being right, nervousness, compulsive talking, being impatient, concentration disorder, fear of other people’s opinion, fear of failure, sensitivity to criticism, being judgmental, compulsive eating disorder, sadness, obsessive thoughts, lack of self-confidence. And the situational pattern: there is no partner.

Sound and music for self-improvement - video of the week
EPIC THUNDER & RAIN | Rainstorm Sounds For Relaxing, Focus or Sleep | White Noise 1 Hour
The sound of heavy rain in combination with heavy thunder, is a powerful sound for peeling off subconscious negative material.
For an explanation about what is the purpose of the sound videos, have a look at this page: https://soulliberation.eu/self-help-techniques/sound-vibrations-for-the-removal-of-subconscious-blockages/
Does this explain why I'm so attracted to singing bowls and other "woo-woo" kinds of meditation music, I wonder?
Maybe I'm peeling off some layers!
Thank you! Soul liberation. We share the same birth year 1959! Our work in the world so very similar! Synchronicity ! Soul Consciousness. I am a practitioner Subtle Energy practitioner..... and so much more... :) Feeling to connect here!!!!!!! Living in Sedona AZ now.
